Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement of our support processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team to drive positive change
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert-level support to our customers
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English: You'll be working with customers from diverse backgrounds, and your language skills will be essential in providing effective support and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication): A degree in a related field will provide a solid foundation for your customer support role and help you understand the needs and challenges of our customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: You'll be communicating with customers via voice calls, chat, and email, so your communication skills will be critical in providing effective support and resolving issues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment: Our customers expect prompt and efficient support, so you'll need to be able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.): Familiarity with customer support software will be essential in managing our support processes and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
