Job Summary

We're seeking entry-level live chat support specialists to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients across various industries. As a live chat support agent, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, using platforms like Facebook Messenger. This is a remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, without the need for in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities
