What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including accurate and timely updates
  • Authorizing sales and transactions, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude

Our Way of Working

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, full-time, with a quiet and distraction-free environment. You'll have access to high-speed internet and the necessary computer equipment and technology to perform your job duties. Occasionally, you may be required to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within 2 1/2 hours of the Rapid City, SD location
  • Confidence using a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with arenaflex before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
