We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling when necessary
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- The ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling
