Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Assistance:

Providing prompt and courteous assistance to arenaflex passengers via inbound calls, emails, and chat messages. Addressing inquiries regarding flight bookings, reservations, baggage, flight schedules, and other travel-related concerns.

Issue Resolution:

Resolving customer concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively. Investigating problems, providing accurate information, and offering appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Booking Support:

Assisting customers with booking new flights, making changes to existing reservations, processing cancellations, and handling upgrades or seat assignments. Guiding passengers through the booking process and ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system.

Flight Information:

Providing real-time flight status updates, including delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding information. Keeping passengers informed about any changes to their travel plans and assisting them in making alternative arrangements when necessary.

Sales and Promotions:

Promoting arenaflex products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities.

Technical Support:

Troubleshooting technical issues related to the arenaflex website, mobile app, or online booking tools. Assisting customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken. Adhering to company policies and procedures for data entry, documentation, and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience in a call center, hospitality, or airline industry preferred.

Skills:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in using computer systems, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office applications.

Availability:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
