Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Information Examiner to join our team in the Information Examination group, responsible for the evaluation of customer data across our Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. As a Senior Information Examiner, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including membership changes, cost increments, and new information being gathered
• Collaborating with upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, customer arrangements, and new information being gathered
• Identifying customers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and working with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, including Information, Business Tasks, and Money, to drive alignment and collaboration across teams
• Contributing to the development of strong reporting and analytics capabilities, including data visualization and business intelligence tools

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of strong reporting and analytics capabilities, including data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline

• 2+ years of logical experience, with a strong understanding of data analysis and problem-solving
• Proven ability to communicate technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data investigation and data perception tools, including Tableau, Looker, Chartio, and others
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence tools, including data modeling and data warehousing
• Experience with data quality and data governance, including data validation and data cleansing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational stakeholders
