Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics – arenaflex DPSM

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our arenaflex DPSM team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your technical expertise in data analysis, business processes, and tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

* Apply your analytical skills and business acumen to tackle a wide range of problems, from data analysis and visualization to process improvement and project management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and recommendations on data-driven initiatives and projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain complex data models, datasets, and reports to support business decision-making
• Communicate technical and business insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within arenaflex

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Hadoop)
• Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
