Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for creating geographic data for assigned areas, designing PC-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to regional dealmakers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Create PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned areas using MapInfo, as required by regional dealmakers
- Process requests and inquiries directly from Costco Activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials
- Perform a range of project-specific tasks, including research and analysis of data as assigned
- Provide administrative support to regional dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative needs as required
- Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, ensuring PCs are working accurately, recording, booking deliveries, and requesting office supplies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field
- General knowledge of geographic data systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and insights presentation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
