Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members through incoming and outgoing calls
- Troubleshooting member issues and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Entering data accurately and efficiently to maintain our member database
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive member experience
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and attendance requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment
- Knowledge of fitness programs and services
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
