Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions as required
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
- Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Ability to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $12.00 - $14.00 hourly, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k savings plan, and paid time off.
