Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records

• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow
• Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, ensuring information is entered efficiently, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication is accurate, and checking for potential interactions
• Assist pharmacists in administering medical services, including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required
• Assist pharmacy team in coordination of medical services, arenaflex healthcare clinics, and external vendors
• Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers
• Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products
• Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience
• Fashion and share customer service best practices with all team members to provide a unique and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service traits (e.g., providing help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until happy, etc.)

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Prefer six months of experience in retail settings
• Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex
• Desire math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Desire computer skills
• Desire knowledge of store inventory management
• Prefer % certification

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science)

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
