Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process claims, benefits, enrollment, and other customer-related tasks
- Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
- ALL candidates must score an 80% or above on eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medical background (an asset, but not required)
