Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

  • Manage and convert lead-generated inbound calls to drive sales growth
  • Act as a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
  • Meet and exceed personal and team targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to drive sales growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and drive sales growth

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with remote sales

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify sales opportunities
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of adapting to changing sales targets and priorities
