Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Merchant Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in our Inbound Operations group. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to your team members to improve their performance and achieve business objectives. This is a full-time role that requires a strong customer service background, leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives in our Inbound Operations group, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to improve their performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants to ensure a positive experience and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and business operations.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving business growth through customer service and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of the food delivery and logistics industry.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
