Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Working with Confidential Customer Information: Handle sensitive customer information with care and discretion.

- Tracking Call-Related Information: Record and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: Offer feedback on call issues to improve our services and processes.

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Be comfortable using desktop computer systems, with a typing speed of 25 wpm or higher.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:
