Your Opportunity As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, drafting answers to product questions via email, and jumping on calls to ensure that you understand the client's needs and can share more about our product and process. What the Day-to-Day Looks Like As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work as part of our marketing and sales team, responding to a high volume of daily inquiries about our service.
