What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Requests: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll need to respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Booking Appointments with a High Degree of Data Accuracy: You'll be responsible for booking appointments for our members, and you'll need to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You'll need to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues to Supervisors as Needed: You'll need to be able to identify potential issues and escalate them to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Adapting to Fast-Changing Guidelines while Assisting Customers: Our industry is constantly evolving, and you'll need to be able to adapt to changing guidelines and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D.: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment: You'll need to have at least one year of experience in a call center or retail environment to apply for this role.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Multitask while Speaking on the Phone and Using a Computer: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks while speaking on the phone and using a computer.
  • Must be Able to Pass a Background Check: You'll need to be able to pass a background check to apply for this role.
