What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Remote, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support to members with their insurance-related needs
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
  • Assessing in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
