Job Summary

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and up-selling relevant products to our customers. With your expert sales skills and passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you'll ensure that our customers feel valued, supported, and confident in their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet their needs

  • Use expert sales skills to up-sell relevant products to customers, ensuring they have the best possible coverage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible advice to customers
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role, within the last 3 years

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services

  • Proven ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

* Competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, with uncapped commission opportunities

  • Average OTE of £4,800 per annum
  • Fully remote work arrangement, with no commuting required
