The Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Handling order status updates, shipping damage claims, and vendor communications
  • Conducting pricing calculations and offering product recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Fluency in English in speech and writing
  • Fast and confident typing skills (approximate typing speed of 40 WPM or higher)
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
