Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Administrative Support: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process, reconcile Purchase Orders, and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve data management and administrative support.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Proficiency with Data Entry Software: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following education and experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Related Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
