Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our customers via live chat on our website or social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly responding to live chat inquiries, addressing customer questions, and providing information on our products or services
  • Engaging with customers professionally, ensuring all interactions are handled with respect and efficiency
  • Learning and understanding our company products, zip codes for service areas, and coordinating with technicians to provide accurate information to customers
  • Demonstrating excellent teamwork and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic group

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products or services
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve their overall experience
  • Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work effectively within a dynamic team to achieve customer satisfaction and engagement goals

Requirements:

* Strong command of English with effective communication skills

  • Patience and professionalism in dealing with customer queries and issues
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work between 5 and 40 hours per week
  • Location: Fully remote (Preference for candidates based in the United States)
