What to Expect as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a Patient Advocate: Resolve questions and concerns from patients and families in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Collecting and Inputting Patient Data: Accurately collect and input patient data into our e-Intake system, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Verifying Products and Services: Verify compliance with regulations and ensure that patients receive the correct products and services.
  • Managing High-Volume Inbound Calls: Handle initial intake and assist with CPAP resupply, providing exceptional support to patients and families.
  • Providing Basic Technical Assistance and Education: Educate patients on CPAP equipment and provide basic technical assistance to ensure they're comfortable and confident in using their equipment.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • One to Three Years of Related Work Experience: One to three years of experience in a team-oriented environment, preferably in the medical field or customer service industry.
  • Strong Customer Service Background: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Basic Computer and Internet Skills: Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position).
