Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing accounts, developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You'll also process customer policy change requests, secure trailing documents, handle incoming claim calls, and provide exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

* Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to drive business growth and revenue

  • Process customer policy change requests, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers, following up promptly to resolve issues
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, providing timely and accurate documentation
  • Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for exceptional service
  • Take premium payments from customers, ensuring secure and efficient transactions
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring, providing prompt and courteous service
  • Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring timely communication with customers
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and follow-up

Requirements

* Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Create relationships from a cold start, leveraging your communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to multi-task, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Professional phone etiquette, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service
  • Great customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of success

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments
  • Experience with CRM software, with the ability to effectively manage customer data and relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Certification in customer service or sales, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
