Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex online, engaging with customers via live chat to answer their questions, provide product information, and schedule appointments. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and secure data management
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Have a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, with a strong focus on building rapport with customers
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Fluent English both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Fast typing skills a plus, with a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting is preferred, with 2+ years of experience
