Job Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, completing written and oral instructions, and providing honest feedback on products and services.
- Completing written surveys and providing detailed feedback on your experiences with various products and services.
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to meeting dates.
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and being prepared to participate fully.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop.
- Access to a reliable internet connection.
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- No prior experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent is necessary.
