Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues they may have. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer questions and assisting them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
- Assisting customers with making purchasing decisions
- Resolving any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
- Manually placing new orders
- Fielding customer questions, concerns, and problems
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of arenaflex's products and relaying this information to customers
- Developing rapport with customers to build long-term relationships
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 7 hours of availability per day
- A reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
While we don't require any prior experience, we do prefer candidates who have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat tools
