We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives in our Call Center. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly and Effectively Managing All Incoming Calls: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their members, and you'll be responsible for resolving their issues and answering their questions.
  • Conducting Research to Provide Effective Solutions: You'll use your research skills to find solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients and their members.
  • Documenting All Calls Accurately: You'll be responsible for documenting all calls in our system, so we can track our progress and improve our processes.
  • Communicating Professionally, Empathetically, and Diplomatically: You'll be the face of our company, and you'll be responsible for communicating with our clients and their members in a professional, empathetic, and diplomatic manner.
  • Striving to Achieve Daily Team Quality and Customer Satisfaction Goals: You'll be part of a high-performing team, and you'll be responsible for contributing to our team's quality and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Previous Healthcare Experience is a Plus: While not required, previous healthcare experience is a plus, and we encourage individuals with healthcare experience to apply.
  • Previous Call Center Experience is Required: You'll have previous call center experience, and you'll be familiar with our industry and our clients.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be 18 Years of Age or Older: You'll need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Have a Minimum of 1 Year in a Single Job, Preferably in a Call Center Customer Service Environment: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in a call center customer service environment to apply for this role.
  • Be Reliable and Have No Missed Time in the First 90 Days: You'll need to be reliable and have no missed time in the first 90 days to be eligible for this role.
  • Be Able to Type 25 WPM: You'll need to be able to type 25 words per minute to apply for this role.
  • Have Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: You'll need to have strong oral and written communication skills to be effective in this role.
  • Be Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and software to apply for this role.
  • Have a Hardwired Internet Connection with Speeds Greater than 5MB Upload and 10MB Download: You'll need to have a hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download to apply for this role.
  • Have a Secure, Private Work Area at Home: You'll need to have a secure, private work area at home to apply for this role.
  • Be Available to Work a Flexible Schedule (Monday-Saturday): You'll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to apply for this role.
