Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Collecting and entering data for assigned projects with precision and accuracy
• Creating high-quality Amazon listings that meet our brand's standards
• Collaborating with the team to maintain Amazon account health and achieve shared goals
• Overseeing and reviewing the work of remote team members to ensure quality and consistency
• Managing Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program with attention to detail
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of our team

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and create informative reports
• A solid understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, including the ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Self-motivation and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable attendance and work history, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Ability to work independently most of the time, with occasional collaboration with team members
• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required

Education & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and computer skills
• Relevant work experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• A strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

Compensation & Hours

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

• Pay that's negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications
• A full-time, first-shift hybrid position with a flexible schedule
• An on-site training period of 90 days, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period
• A hybrid schedule of 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability
• Flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period
