The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving business success for our clients by providing expert guidance on Google advertising solutions. Your extensive knowledge of online media, combined with your exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities, will enable you to build lasting relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.

  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, bonus equity benefits, and a range of perks and benefits, including:
