Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to our bank products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous support to ensure their needs are met. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Build and retain customer relationships by providing personalized support and solutions
  • Identify customer concerns or needs and recommend best solutions to resolve issues
  • Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions and improve future customer experiences
  • Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products
  • Consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to the bank on the usability of our services based on customer interactions
  • Perform general clerical duties, including operating departmental equipment, filing, answering phones, and handling detail work

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Ability to work an alternate schedule, including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9am-8pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with frequent adjustments to hours and willingness to work additional hours if needed
  • Ability to work outside of normal banking hours
