Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service and appointment setting representatives to join our team of work-from-home professionals. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. As an appointment setting representative, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and communicating with clients and customers to ensure seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients
  • Communicate with clients and customers to ensure seamless experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with appointment setting and calendar management
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
