Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
Schedule
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
