Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish. You'll work closely with repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to analyze data will enable you to identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
* Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Verify invoices for accuracy and send them to customers in a timely manner
- Run reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, repair technicians, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve repair processes and customer experiences
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field) and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a willingness to recommend process improvements
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
