Responsibilities
As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and complete information to resolve their issues.
- Utilizing the Knowledge Base provided to ensure that customers receive consistent and accurate information.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that customer data is secure and confidential.
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
