About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You'll be responsible for advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace, responding to customer inquiries via chat, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced closers who can help you close deals and provide support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and follow up with them to encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Work with a team of experienced closers to close deals and provide support when needed
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in using Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms to generate leads and drive sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and concerns

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
