Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders
  • Upholding and representing a rock-solid brand image
  • Getting into the action and making the perfect product all the time
  • Responding to live chat messages on the arenaflex platform, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Working independently to meet customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including product promotion and upselling
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
