The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support to customers with questions and concerns about arenaflex's services. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex customer issues, and you'll work closely with our care coordination team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Research and provide referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers
- Utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility and provide additional information to customers as needed
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the care coordination team
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure that customers receive the best possible support
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology industry
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (April - September)
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with financial health technology
- Experience working with Medicaid benefit plans
Soft Skills
* Strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand multiple services and multiple benefit plans for Medicaid
- Ability to multi-task

Compensation
* Hourly range: $19.47 - $38.08 per hour (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
- Pay is subject to eligibility requirements
