As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering prompt and helpful responses to our website visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time, providing them with accurate and empathetic support that addresses their queries and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple incoming requests simultaneously, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
