Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to health care benefits and services, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls and emails from members promptly and professionally
