As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
- Submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
- Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely closure of tickets and high customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
