As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting Policy Holders: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes
• Supporting Policy Holder Needs: Provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you have:

• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Over 18 Years of Age: Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to Type 25 WPM: Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
• High School Graduate or GED: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with Desktop Computer System: Be comfortable using a desktop computer system
• Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills: Possess proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 Months Call Center Experience: Preferably have 6 months of call center experience
• Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Have logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to Work Various Shifts: Be available to work various shifts
• Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Be able to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Possess organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

• Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
• ISP with No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
• Proof of Internet Speed Required: Proof of internet speed required
