Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting, using your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring that we can track customer history and preferences.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Contributing to team goals and performance metrics by meeting or exceeding individual targets, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with a technology company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including our CRM system.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity, and the flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
