Job Summary
We're looking for a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist who can work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with customers via live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our shipping containers and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

- 5% commission on sales of shipping containers (approximately $20-$30 per container sold)
