Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Working from home in a remote setting, using your own laptop or tablet to access our CRM tools and communicate with customers
  • Managing multiple tasks at once, prioritizing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adapting to different personalities and communication styles, providing empathetic and personalized support to each customer

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles, providing empathetic and personalized support to each customer

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Live and reside in the United States
  • Have a reliable laptop or tablet with internet access, as well as a quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Pass a background check and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
