Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of research studies, including micro tasks, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is a part-time, flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home and choose your own hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in various research studies, including micro tasks, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
• Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with research participants and study moderators
• Meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
• Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized, if needed
• Participate in webcam studies, if required, and use your smartphone for data collection, if necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
• Be a current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish is a plus, as it opens up more opportunities
• Able to focus and follow through on tasks
• Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
• Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
