Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into our database systems, verifying data against original documents, and retrieving data as requested. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Entering data into our database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering data provided directly by customers, verifying it against original documents, and retrieving data as requested
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining our filing system to ensure that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Performing other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist
  • Accurate typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with database management systems
  • Knowledge of data entry software and tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
