Responsibilities and Duties

As an Experienced Data Entry/Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PSISafe for efficient document management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Performing data entry tasks to input necessary information for case management, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in document processing.
  • Proactively following up on required documentation for ongoing cases, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Executing additional duties as needed to support case management and administrative functions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, leveraging strong communication skills to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, upholding arenaflex's high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in administrative principles and practices.
  • Strong customer service skills, enabling effective communication with clients and co-workers, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for enhanced client interaction, although not required.
  • Previous legal experience, including working with clients and understanding case-related documentation, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with tools like DocuSign, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues, and exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
