Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

Transforming the VOC Methodology

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC methodology. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Helping to improve and preserve the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller.
• Collaborating closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and growth.
• Working with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency.

Operating with Colleagues from GSN and AET

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups.
• Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
