Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers via websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 0-6 months of customer service experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating multiple software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
